Kips Bay Showhouse - The Stereo Lounge

I kind of love the idea of having so much extra space it's possible to have a room solely devoted to listening to records {or lounging on the super long sofa}.

The lounge was designed by Brad Ford, and I have to say, it is very Ace Hotelish, but not in a bad way.  I didn't photograph the entrance, but I also liked that the public toilet was hidden behind the wood panels.
