FULL DESIGN SERVICES

Full design services are available for residential and corporate projects throughout the Northeast.  I can help you take your project from the conceptual phase through to construction and installation.  

Services include:

*space planning

*floor plans, elevations and 3 dimensional design drawings

*construction documents

*selection and specification of all necessary furniture, finishes & equipment {FF&E}

*selection of artwork and accessories
*design of custom furniture and millwork
*construction documentation & administration

E*DESIGN

Who is this for?

Someone with a smaller budget who would like design direction for their home or apartment
and can do the purchasing and installation themself.

What will you receive?

*Floor plan and necessary elevations or a 3D rendering of the room noting the location of
  your furniture and accessories
*Furniture and accessory design board
*Source packet, with links, of all suggested items for your space
*Paint or wallcovering suggestions for walls and paint suggestions for furniture if relevant
*Follow-up support, via email

What information will you need to provide?

*Dimensions of the room including location of doors/windows and fixed objects {outlets,
  switches, etc}.
*Photographs of the room {the more the better}
*Photographs and dimensions of the furniture to stay in the room
*A completed questionnaire {this is where you will answer questions about your preferences,
  room use, style and budget}.

How long does this process take?

Upon receipt of payment, room measurements, photos and questionnaire, you will receive an estimated date of completion.  Projects are scheduled in the order they are received so please contact me if you would like to have estimate as to the current lead time.

Are additional services available?

Elevations and 3-D drawings available for an additional hourly fee.  This will be helpful for those wanting a little more direction or motivation than the floor plan may offer.  For some people, seeing a room in 3-D is more helpful to understand what the completed result will be.
